Công cụ từ điển trực tuyến trên website của bạn

VDict có thể được tích hợp vào bất kì trang web nào và cho phép khách duyệt trang web đó tra bất kì từ nào trên trang web chỉ bằng một cú click chuột. VDict hoàn toàn miễn phí, bạn có thể sử dụng tự do ở bất kì đâu. Chức năng Tra từ nhanh của VDict cho phép người dùng của bạn tra từ bằng cách (bạn có thể thử ngay trên trang này):

Bạn có thể dùng chuột để select từ và bấm Ctrl-Shift-A để tra
Double click lên từ cần tra

Ngoài ra Vdict search box cũng cho phép người dùng chọn từ điển và tra ngay trên trang web

Hướng dẫn cài đặt

Việc cài đặt VDict vô cùng đơn giản. Bạn chỉ việc copy đoạn code sau và paste vào nơi bạn muốn đặt search box. Đối với chức năng tra từ nhanh, bạn có thể đặt script ở bất kì nơi nào trong code của trang web.

Tuỳ biến

Lựa chọn từ điển
Bạn có thể lựa chọn từng từ điển cho trang web của bạn. 3 từ điển mặc định là: eng2vie (Anh-Việt), vie2eng(Việt-Anh), foldoc (Free online dictionary of computing). Bạn có thể chọn các từ điển khác (tối đa là 3) bằng cách thay eng2vie_vie2eng_foldoc bằng tên các từ điển bạn muốn dùng, phân cách bằng dấu gạch dưới (underscore). Tên của các bộ từ điển như sau

Điều chỉnh độ rộng của search box
Để thay đổi độ rộng của search box cho phù hợp với giao diện trang web của bạn, bạn cần thay đổi tham số vd_boxwidth trong đoạn code trên thành chiều dài mong muốn tính theo pixel (nên lớn hơn 150). Ví dụ: vd_boxwidth=400
Thay đổi màu chữ của từ điển trên search box
Màu chữ của tên từ điển sẽ lấy mặc định theo màu chữ ở nơi bạn đặt search box, trong trường hợp bạn muốn thay đổi màu chữ này, bạn có thể thay đổi tham số vd_dictcolor. Ví dụ: vd_dictcolor=white hoặc vd_dictcolor=FFFFFF.

Liên kết về VDict.com

Nếu có thể, bạn hãy đặt logo của VDict lên đâu đó trên website của bạn với đường link về VDict.com. Bằng cách này, khách đến thăm trang của bạn có thể biết ngay rằng có thể tra được từ điển trên trang web của bạn. Hoặc nếu không biết người dùng có thể theo link đến trang này và đọc hướng dấn cách dùng, như vậy bạn không mất công giải thích nhiều lần. Tuy nhiên, việc đặt logo là hoàn toàn tự nguyện, nếu bạn không muốn bạn hoàn toàn có thể bỏ qua.

Customization

Dictionary selection
You can choose which dictionaries to be used. 3 default dictionaries are eng2vie (English-Vietnamese), vie2eng (Vietnamese-English) and foldoc (Free online dictionary of computing)/ You can choose other dictionaries (total of 3) by replace eng2vie_vie2eng_foldoc in the code with dictionary names you want to use, separated by an underscore. Names of the dictionaries are as following:

Search box width
To change the width of the search box to fit your layout, you an change the vd_boxwidth parameter of the above code (in pixel, should be greater than 150). For example: vd_boxwidth=400
Change dictionary name color
By default, the dictionary names user the color of your webpage at the placed position. In case you would like to change this color, use the vd_dictcolor parameter. For example: vd_dictcolor=white or vd_dictcolor=FFFFFF.

Link back to VDict.com

Please put VDict's logo somewhere on your site with a link back to vdict.com. Your visitors will immediately aware of VDict function on your site. If they do not know what it is they can always follow the link to this site and look for help. Displaying this logo is totally voluntary, if you don't want to, you don't need to..
